Vikings targeting Broncos coordinators Jack Del Rio, Adam Gase

Jack Del Rio

The Denver Broncos could once again be looking for new coordinators after this season.

According to Adam Schefter of ESPN, the Minnesota Vikings, who fired head coach Leslie Frazier on Monday, have inquired about offensive coordinator Adam Gase, and defensive coordinator Jack Del Rio, who played linebacker for the Vikings, is also on their radar.

Del Rio, 50, joined the Broncos after the Oakland Raiders hired Dennis Allen in January of 2012.  Del Rio went 3-1 as interim head coach this season while John Fox recovered from heart surgery.

Gase, 34, has spent the past 5 years in Denver and was promoted last year after Mike McCoy was hired by the San Diego Chargers.

The Broncos have gone 13-3 in two straight seasons with quarterback Peyton Manning leading the way.  Gase was promoted from quarterbacks coach to offensive coordinator before the season.
