Boston Celtics rookie center Kelly Olynyk hopes his work ethic will get the team back to where they use to be.

Olynyk is averaging 7.8 points, 5.3 rebounds and 1.9 assists in just under 23 minutes per game this season.

The 7-foot, 238-pound center from Gonzaga was the No. 13 pick in the 2013 NBA Draft by the Dallas Mavericks, who immediately traded him to Boston for Lucas Nogueira and a couple of second-round draft picks.
