Colorado Rockies outfielder Carlos Gonzalez, who had the middle third of the left patella tendon repaired and a bursa sac removed in a surgery last month, is selling his downtown Denver condo.
Gonzalez, who might not be healthy enough to begin Spring Training on time, has listed his 5,193 square foot condo at the Four Seasons Denver for $4,950,000.
The condo is on the 39th floor and has four bedrooms, five bathrooms and features a wet bar and two large balconies.
Gonzalez signed a seven-year, $80 million contract with the Rockies in 2011. He is scheduled to make $16 million in 2015.
