Minnesota Wild alternate captain Zach Parise will play for the first time in 14 games on Thursday night against the Chicago Blackhawks.
Parise has been out with a foot injury since Dec. 22.

Parise, 29, has 15 goals and 12 assists in 37 games this season.
His return couldn’t come at a better time. The Wild are coming off a 4-0 shutout loss to the Dallas Stars in which they were out-shot 36-18.
