Tracy McGrady works out for Knicks

Seven-time All-Star Tracy McGrady is still in search of an NBA team willing to give him a guaranteed contract for next season.

McGrady is hoping the New York Knicks last open guaranteed spot will be his after he works out for them Thursday. McGrady played in 24 games with the Knicks in 2010 after he was acquired from the Rockets in a cap-saving move to try and land LeBron James.

Yahoo! Sports says McGrady, 33, will have to secure a guaranteed contract soon or he will have to choose between accepting a “make-good” training camp invite or going oversees to play.
