Ben Roethlisberger: I enjoy working with Todd Haley

Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger told 93.7 The Fan that he and offensive coordinator Todd Haley have a good relationship now.

The two had a rocky start, but Roethlisberger has played well in Haley’s offense.

“There was an obvious growing period,” Roethlisberger said. “You develop a relationship. I enjoy working with him. I think we have a good relationship now. You see it on the field and you will continue to see that when we get out there because my play will be better and the play-calling will really be better.”

Roethlisberger told the radio station that health will be key for the Steelers to improve on back-to-back 8-8 seasons.

“I like where we are. I really do. I know we are young, but I have a really good feeling about this,” Roethlisberger said. “If we can stay healthy, I like where we are and I’m really happy with our O-line and they have a chance to be great and as good as they are is going to help us.”

I haven’t commented much on anything lately but this i find hard to believe. Yes it appears they do have to coexist but they are still two different animals until proven otherwise. Only them working in harmony during the regular season will prove this statement true. As John Belushi said it best bull@#$$%.
