The seven-time Pro Bowler was present at the training facility Friday. The first practice of training camp will be Saturday at 8:30 a.m. Johnson skipped the Texans voluntary organized team activities and a minicamp, and missed the team’s mandatory minicamp in June.

Andre Johnson has reported for the start of Texans camp. Smart move. Wasn’t going to get dealt. Made his point. Don’t risk the real money — Jason La Canfora (@JasonLaCanfora) July 25, 2014
The 33-year-old Johnson has been frustrated with the prospect of entering another rebuilding season with the Texans. In May, he went public with his frustrations, saying he wasn’t sure if he still wanted to be part of the Texans Organization.
Johnson, drafted third overall in 2003, had 109 catches for 1,407 yards and five touchdowns last season.
