The Bulls and Rockets will have to clear salary cap space to sign Anthony to four year deals in the $90 million range.
The New York Knicks, who can sign Anthony to $33 million more than any other team, are also still in the running to bring back the All-Star forward.
Kobe Bryant told ESPN.com in a text message that he plans to meet with Anthony and recruit him to the Los Angeles Lakers.
